§1. General Provisions

The data controllers are MR Branding Michał Ruchel, located in Oleśnica 56-400, ul. Ogrodowa 5a, NIP: 9112030212, REGON: 382498395, and Squares Radosław Kołacki, located in Wrocław, postal code 50-266, ul. Wyspa Słodowa 7, NIP: 9112022141, REGON: 367864710. Data protection is conducted in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable legal provisions, and their storage takes place on secured servers.

For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Regulations or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it directly results from the description) is used.

For a better reception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” has been replaced with “You”, “Administrator” with “We”. The term “GDPR” refers to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, a secure protocol for encrypting communication (SSL) is used.

Personal data provided in the contact form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Controller

Personal data are processed:

  • in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data,
  • in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, its amendment or termination, and the proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
  • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the person concerned: to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if, for example, you signed up for a newsletter, in the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you if, for example, you signed up for a webinar.

Every person whose data are concerned has the right to access data, rectification, deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for pursuing possible claims in court, or if national or EU or international laws require us to retain data.

The Service Provider has the right to share personal data of the User and other his data to entities authorized under the appropriate legal provisions (e.g., law enforcement authorities).

Deletion of personal data may occur as a result of the withdrawal of consent or the lodging of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

The Service Provider does not share personal data with other entities other than those authorized under the appropriate legal provisions.

Personal data are processed exclusively by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we cooperate closely.

§3. Cookies

The website https://www.2rep.studio uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the www server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects with the site, the site recognizes the type of device from which the user connects. The parameters allow reading the information contained therein only to the server that created them. Cookies, therefore, facilitate the use of previously visited websites.

The collected data are used to monitor and verify how users use our sites to streamline the operation of the service, ensuring more efficient and trouble-free navigation. Monitoring of user information is done using Google Analytics, which records the user’s behavior on the site.

We perform actions in this regard based on our legitimate interest, consisting of creating statistics and analyzing them in order to optimize our websites. To use Google Analytics, we have implemented a special Google Analytics tracking code on our website. The tracking code uses cookies from Google LLC concerning the Google Analytics service. We use the Hotjar tool to better understand your needs and optimize our site in terms of your experiences related to its use, which constitutes our legitimate interest. The tool is provided by an external entity, namely Hotjar Limited, Level 2, St Julian’s Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julian’s STJ 1000, Malta. Hotjar records every visitor to our site and enables the replay of video recordings of their movement on our site, as well as the generation of so-called heat maps. Within the Hotjar tool, we do not have access to information that allows us to identify you, as Hotjar does not record the process of filling out forms. The information we have access to within Hotjar includes, in particular:

  • subpages that you view within our service,
  • the time spent on our site and its subpages,
